Process

• We buy laptops with potential from people in Europe, ex. via Ebay. Usually these laptops need some work, or a charger for that matter ;).
• The laptop gets refurbished. For the hardware, this minimally means installing a SSD to make general-use 3-10x faster. For the software, this means a clean installation of Windows 10 / Linux Ubuntu 24.04.
• The refurbished laptop gets bought via EULAPTOPS.com. The buyer receives an invoice with track-and-trace via e-mail, usually within 24 hours. The laptop arrives at the shipping company, also usually within 24 hours, unless it's weekend, then on Monday.
• The buyer receives the laptop from their local European post-office, send by our European post-office partner Correos.

From here on it's PLUG & PLAY: The laptop works great. Depending on your use-case you may now start browsing, working or gaming. In a rare exception, if there's anything wrong, you can contact the help center and return or swap it.
