What operating system does the laptop normally have?
- Windows 10 and Linx with our Debian based/customized distro that we call ⭐ StarYoga OS. All laptops have this dual-boot, so you can have the best of both worlds and are less dependent on Microsoft (Less Corporate America, more European).
Does the laptop come with a charger?
- Yes, always. The power plug we use is a 2-pin standard EU cable, often referred to as "Europlug".
Does the laptop work without having to plug it in to a charger all the time?
- Mostly yes. If the battery condition state is excellent then you can often keep it unplugged. However in the "low cost" category the battery might not always be included or might need to be replaced.
Do you offer warranty?
- Yes, always, 2 years. See also our Warranty page.
Do you offer returns?
- Yes, we have a no-questions-asked return policy for the first 14 days (without 14 days after purchase). If needed, send any inquiries to neil@every.yoga using the e-mail you used at checkout.
Return Policy Disclaimer: Returns are only accepted if items are returned in original, unused condition with all components, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that are damaged, incomplete, or show signs of use are not eligible for a refund, even within the 14-day withdrawal period as per EU regulations. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet these conditions.
Do you give an invoice?
- Yes, always. Please note we use the European Margin-tax regulation for selling used products, so there's no VAT on the invoice.
What's the Margin-vat tax regulation?
- With Margin-tax a European company that sells used goods can pay VAT over the European profits (sell price - buy price) directly to their own country of registration. For us, that's The Netherlands.
